<\/p>At YOUGotaGift, we are the leading digital\nrewards and gifting platform in the MENA region. As we accelerate our growth in\nenterprise and government sectors, we are looking for a hungry and resourceful\nBusiness Development Manager to generate pipeline and unlock new partnership\nopportunities across KSA.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Proactively identify\n and research target accounts in enterprise and government sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Generate qualified\n leads through outreach, networking, and market research.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Secure discovery\n meetings and introductions with key decision\-makers.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Manage early\-stage\n pipeline: initial outreach, qualification, and scheduling.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Prepare briefing\n materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate and\n up\-to\-date pipeline data in CRM systems.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Conduct market\n research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities\n in the employee rewards space.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Coordinate with\n internal teams to gather information for prospects.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Provide weekly\n reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market insights.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>
Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 5\u200b<\/span><\/span>\-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales,\n or Lead Generation in KSA.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Existing network or\n familiarity with enterprise and/or government sectors in Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Strong research and\n prospecting skills, able to find and reach decision\-makers.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Excellent\n communication skills in both Arabic and English.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Self\-starter who\n thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Organized,\n detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Proficiency in CRM\n software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Bachelor's degree in\n Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/b>
