Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve sales and business growth targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular sales and business development reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in retail, wholesale or trading industry will be an advantage.
