We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator who is familiar with the business of design. You will be the right hand to the Principal, helping to organize sales efforts and keep our brand buzzing on social media. This is not a "sit behind a desk" role, you will be researching leads one day and capturing content at a construction site the next.

<\/p>What You\u2019ll Do:

\- Find the Opportunities: You will research new real estate developments and community projects in the Tri\-State area, finding the right people for us to contact.
<\/div>
\- Manage the Digital Brand: You will own our Instagram and LinkedIn\u2014scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and turning our project photos into compelling content.
<\/div>
\- Support the Pitch: You will help create beautiful pitch decks and organize our CRM database, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. \- Get Out There: You will occasionally attend industry trade shows (like BDNY) to represent the company and visit project sites to capture "behind\-the\-scenes" content.

Requirements<\/h3>
Who You Are:

<\/p>\- You love lists, calendars, and keeping things tidy. You know that a clean database is a goldmine.

\- You understand what looks good on social posts and know how to write a caption that gets engagement, not just likes.
<\/div>
\- You aren\u2019t afraid to dig to find the name of a developer or a decision\-maker.
<\/div>
\- You have 3\u20134 years of experience in a marketing, sales, and social media management. Experience in Design, Real Estate, or Architecture is a huge plus.

\- Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and standard CRM tools.

\- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
<\/div>
\- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast\-paced studio environment
