Business Development
1. Oversee daily sales operations and monitor agency performance.
2. Track sales, manpower, and provide regular performance updates/reports.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships between agents and the company.
4. Motivate and support agents to achieve sales targets.
5. Advise agents on recruitment, training, marketing strategies, and agency activities.
6. Gather market feedback and provide insights on customer/agent trends.
7. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues when required.
8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
9. Support company events, site tours, and TPOM arrangements.
10. Assist in planning promotions, incentives, and performance review materials.
11. Participate in new product development and pricing strategies.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or agency-based environment
