Role Summary<\/span><\/u><\/b>

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving set revenue targets. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, enhance product visibility, and ensure the consistent delivery of high\-quality customer service to both existing and potential clients. The role requires a proactive and results\-oriented professional with a strong focus on market expansion and profitability.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive the development and growth of Key Accounts <\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Interpret client needs and propose value adding solutions that address the client\u2019s needs and objectives as well as liaising with the relevant teams to ensure proposed client solutions are developed and monetized within the company platforms <\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Propose improvements of the user experience within the company Platforms <\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead and develop the implementation of approved product strategies to enhance revenue growth and oversee the development of existing and new products and solutions <\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and implement sales and business development plans for Key Accounts and resellers for solutions <\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Promote business growth by managing customer relations and ensuring that customer complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely manner <\/span>
<\/p>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide feedback to the management on insightful market intelligence and research relating to the market environment and on opportunities available and approaches to adopt in efforts to maintain a competitive edge, and use of research insights to inform and identify new markets and customer needs <\/span>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide regular reporting on the performance of direct sales and resellers <\/span>
<\/p>

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead direct and ensure high performance, motivation and alignment within the team is managed, provide direction on strategy and ensure succession planning within team, as well as a way of working that is aligned to the company\u2019s vision and values <\/span>
