Business Development Officer (Sales)

Your primary focus will be acquiring new broker partners, growing our property listings, and developing lasting relationships that contribute to the company's continued success.

What You'll Do:
Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new broker partners and real estate professionals.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, field visits, and outbound prospecting.
Expand our property inventory by onboarding quality brokers and their listings onto the platform.
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and providing excellent account support.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and partnership discussions to showcase the value of our platform.
Guide new partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from sign-up to activation.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes, support new initiatives, and enhance the partner experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Business Development team.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
A proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for relationship management.
