Business Development & Partnerships Director

You will own regional opportunities end to end and develop strategic growth plans. You will engage institutional counterparties to expand OTC and derivatives flows, deepen relationships with crypto projects and VCs, and partner with exchanges, custodians and lenders. You will coordinate with product and trading teams to test and launch new products, provide customer feedback, and improve business development processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Grow institutional OTC business globally
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the region
  • Collaborate with product and trading teams to test and launch new products
  • Deepen relationships with crypto projects, venture capital firms and ecosystem players
  • Build and manage partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders and infrastructure providers
  • Execute a structured business development process and improve operational efficiency (e.g., CRM, campaign effectiveness)
  • Monitor the crypto ecosystem and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and support product testing and launch plans

Requirements

  • Experience in both traditional financial and digital asset services from high performing teams
  • 3+ years of FICC sales experience working with institutional clients
  • Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or client-facing roles (B2B sales, investment banking, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record delivering business results (quota achievement)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trading or crypto knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading and liquidity provision
  • BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance or a related degree
