Business Development & Partnerships Manager

You will own regional opportunities end to end and develop strategic growth plans. You will build and deepen relationships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, high-profile crypto projects and venture capital partners. You will work with product and trading teams to bring new products to market by collecting customer feedback, testing products and planning launches. You will execute a structured business development process, improve operational efficiency (for example CRM and campaign effectiveness), track key ecosystem launches and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities. You will educate counterparties about services, communicate clearly and follow up to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Grow institutional OTC business globally
  • Develop and execute regional growth plans
  • Bring new products to market by collecting customer feedback, testing products and planning launches
  • Grow crypto project liquidity provision business
  • Build and deepen relationships with exchanges, custodians, lenders and infrastructure providers
  • Execute structured business development processes and improve operational efficiency (CRM and campaign effectiveness)
  • Monitor key ecosystem launches and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities
  • Educate counterparties about services and ensure timely follow ups

Requirements

  • Experience in traditional financial and digital asset services
  • Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or client-facing B2B sales or investment banking roles
  • Proven track record delivering business results and ability to discuss numbers and quota achievement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to educate counterparties
  • Trading or crypto knowledge is a strong advantage and willingness to learn blockchain, algorithmic trading and liquidity provision
  • BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance or a related degree
