Business Development Professional – Enterprise Software Implementation Services
This is a remote position.
Requirements
Identify, develop, and assist in closing new business opportunities for HCM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, and SaaS solution implementations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CFOs, Controllers, HR Directors, and other senior executives.
Drive and assist in the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal negotiation.
Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to align client needs with Saros Group offerings.
Meet and exceed sales quotas by developing and executing targeted go-to-market strategies.
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenue.
Minimum5 years of business development or enterprise sales experiencein software implementation, ERP, HCM, or related consulting services.
Proven track record of consistently growing a book of closable business, achieving or exceeding pipeline growth targets.
A strong network within healthcare, financial services, or enterprise markets is preferred.
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.
Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Excellent engagement, presentation, and relationship management skills.
