GRDA is looking for an entry level project coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of new service and expansion projects. This role advances prospective customer opportunities through the sales process and manages project delivery following award, ensuring projects progress from planning through energization and completion. This is an hourly position.Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Administer new service and expansion projects from contract execution through energization and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate day-to-day project execution across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and leadership.
- Identify project risks and support resolution of execution challenges.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support advancement of prospective customer opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate RFI/RFP responses.
- Develop proposal materials and support service planning efforts.
- Maintain tracking and documentation of assigned opportunities and projects.
- Serve as primary project contact for assigned customers during project execution.
- Lead project coordination meetings and status updates.
- Support customer communication and service implementation.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional coordination.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organized with effective time management skills
- Basic Project Management knowledge.
- Working knowledge of electric utility service, infrastructure coordination, or large-scale project delivery, preferred.
- Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses or proposal development, preferred.
Education, Training, Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management/coordination, utility operations, infrastructure development, business development, or related field
Certificates, Registrations, Licenses:
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.
Physical/Mental Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office setting
- This position requires some evening and weekend travel and meeting requirements.

- This position will require significant time at an assigned workstation at either the Engineering and Technology Center in Tulsa or the Administrative Center in Chouteau.
