We\u2019re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Representative who can identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands\-on exposure to SaaS and developer\-focused products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and inbound calling<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Reach out to prospects and initiate conversations with decision\-makers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate data<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Work closely with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • 3 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Self\-driven with a proactive approach to problem\-solving<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or sales tools is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
