About the Role<\/b>
<\/h3>

We\u2019re looking for a high\-energy, high\-activity Business Development Representative<\/b> to own the top of our funnel. This is a pure hunting role<\/b> \u2014 your job is to create pipeline, open doors, and generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
<\/p>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Make high\-volume outbound calls (75\u2013125+ per day)<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Prospect into targeted accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and field outreach
    <\/li>
  • Identify and qualify decision\-makers (GCs, project managers, ops leaders, etc.)
    <\/li>
  • Set qualified meetings and demos<\/b> for Account Executives
    <\/li>
  • Build and manage a net\-new pipeline<\/b> within our ICP
    <\/li>
  • Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with AEs to convert opportunities into closed business
    <\/li>
  • Continuously refine messaging and talk tracks based on what\u2019s working
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What Success Looks Like<\/b>

    • 300\u2013500+ outbound activities per week

    • Consistent pipeline generation (qualified meetings booked weekly)

    • Strong conversion from conversation → meeting → opportunity

      • 0\u20132 years experience in sales (or proven grit in another field)

        • Familiarity with outbound tools (Dialpad, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
