Business Development Representative (EMEA)
You will prospect at scale by researching and identifying high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories. You will perform multi-channel outreach via calls, email, social and video, personalize engagement using data and intent signals, qualify prospects for need budget authority timeline and fit, book discovery and demo meetings, collaborate with account executives on account strategy, and track all activities in the CRM to maintain forecasting accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories
- Engage target personas through calls email social and video to initiate conversations
- Tailor outreach using data intent signals and company tools
- Assess prospects for need budget authority timeline and fit
- Book discovery and demo meetings and hand off to Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to refine outreach and messaging
- Record and track all activities in CRM ensuring accuracy and visibility
- Hit or exceed monthly quotas for SQLs outreach activity and pipeline contribution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR SDR or similar outbound-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot Outreach LeadIQ or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS cybersecurity or enterprise tech sales is a plus
