Business Development Representative - MENA
You will hunt for and engage potential leads across professional networks, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists and campaigns, qualify leads and schedule meetings for Sales, and record interactions in Salesforce while maintaining CRM hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for new leads and identify qualified opportunities
- Identify and engage potential leads through networking, research, campaigns, events, and cold outreach
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists and engagement strategies
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development in digital assets, financial services, fintech or SaaS
- Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus
- Agility and appetite for learning new products and technology
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality
- Experience working in the digital assets / crypto space
