Business Development Representative - MENA
You will hunt for and engage potential leads across channels (networking, online research, marketing campaigns, events, and cold outreach). You will qualify leads as sales opportunities, schedule meetings for the Sales team, and capture all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining high CRM hygiene. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists, campaigns, and outreach strategies, learn product and industry concepts quickly, and apply critical thinking and clear communication to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads through networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists, campaigns, and engagement strategies
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce and maintain CRM hygiene
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS
- Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus)
- Agility and appetite for learning new products and technology in a fast-developing environment
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality
- Experience working in the digital assets / crypto space
