Business Development Representative - NAM

You will prospect at scale to research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories. You will run multi-channel outreach via calls, email, social and video, tailor messaging using intent signals and tools, and qualify prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline and fit. You will book discovery and demo meetings, hand off leads to Account Executives, and maintain accurate activity and forecasting in the CRM. You will be measured on meeting SQL and pipeline targets and consistently hitting monthly outreach and booking quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories
  • Engage target personas through calls, email, social, and video to initiate conversations
  • Leverage data and intent signals to personalize outreach
  • Assess prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline, and fit
  • Book discovery and demo meetings and hand off to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on outreach and messaging
  • Track activities and maintain CRM accuracy for visibility and forecasting
  • Hit or exceed monthly quotas for SQLs, outreach activity, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech sales
