About the Job

At OffSec, our Business Development Representatives do more than generate pipeline—they help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities through hands-on training and education that makes a real-world impact. In this role, you'll identify opportunities, engage prospective customers through creative outreach, and work alongside sales, marketing, and technical teams to spark conversations that lead to lasting partnerships. You'll play a critical role in expanding OffSec's reach, introducing new customers to our mission, and helping cybersecurity teams around the world level up their skills. Duties and responsibilities

  • Be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline within the assigned markets.

  • Work with the regional sales managers and regional director to define a list of target accounts and best channels and cadence of outreach

  • Be responsible for prospecting work execution via cold calling, social media outreach and emails.

  • Support the Account Executives with business development tasks.

  • Work with a team of account executives, marketing, technical and other internal resources to discover business opportunities from new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • A curious person that always listens and asks questions in conversations.

  • Fresh graduates with strong and demonstrable capabilities or 3+ years of sales or business development experience facing mainly technical (experience in the information security market or L&D facing experience a plus)

  • Strong execution of sales cadence and able to creatively refine it on the go

  • Self-driven, strong work ethic and able to work independently without much intervention

  • Fluent in English and fluent in written and speaking of at least one of the languages below: German

  • Diploma or above, holder of OffSec badge or certification is a plus.

Working conditions

This role is a full-time position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
