Business Development Representative

You will build, segment, and clean your own lead lists targeting high-potential B2B clients in the US. You will execute high-volume outbound campaigns through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. You will turn cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities by uncovering pain points and positioning staffing solutions. You will book high-quality discovery calls and meetings for account executives as your core success metric. You will track every interaction, follow-up, and lead status accurately in the CRM. You will collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on real-time market responses and objections.
  • Proven track record selling staffing, recruiting, or headhunting services to US-based businesses.
  • Startup mindset with ability to hit numbers without constant supervision.
  • Expert at self-generating pipeline and bypassing gatekeepers.
  • Near-native English fluency in both spoken and written form.
  • Commission-driven performer motivated by uncapped earnings.
USD-based base plus uncapped commission paid monthly. Monday-Friday CT schedule, 40 hours per week as an independent contractor.
