Business Development & Sales Executive

  • Assist BD leader in business development strategies.
  • Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department.
  • Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required.
  • Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
  • Communicate with customer for the deployment of machines related issue.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements & Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.

· Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Experience in managing and leading a sales team is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

· Preferable Singaporean/PR, due to limitation of quota.
