Business Development (Vietnam Market)

Salary: $1000 - $5000 / month

Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Agent Development: Develop agents in target markets and drive new agent registrations.
2️⃣ Social Media Management: Be familiar with social media platforms in the target market; plan and create engaging social media content.
3️⃣ Relationship Management: Establish long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity levels.
4️⃣ Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and expand market channels.
5️⃣ Performance Growth: Drive growth in agent trading volume; achieve performance targets to earn additional performance-based bonuses.
6️⃣ Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure agent needs are addressed promptly and continuously optimized.

Requirements:
1️⃣ At least 1 year of business development experience in the exchange industry; existing resources are preferred.
2️⃣ Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, with solid market insight and business negotiation abilities.
3️⃣ Results-oriented with strong performance drive and the willingness to pursue high bonus incentives.
4️⃣ Native Vietnamese speaker with working proficiency in English; able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
