What you´ll do:

  • Own and lead campaign excellence across the European region by defining campaign structures, coordinating testing pipelines, and ensuring scalable implementation in collaboration with local market teams.
  • Align with EU country teams to drive accurate and forward-looking forecasting and budget planning, linking commercial activity to P&L visibility together with Controlling.
  • Monitor and improve stock stability by identifying risks, aligning market and supply priorities, and coordinating regional depletion and phase-out planning.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of cross-country initiatives to drive business impact across the region, embedding best practices and structured decision-making.
  • Act as a sparring partner to country teams by enabling alignment, knowledge transfer, and performance scaling—while respecting market ownership.
  • Lead high-impact projects that sit at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy, and execution—ensuring Europe-wide coordination and outcomes.
  • Who we´re looking for:

  • Strategic & Structured Thinker: You connect campaign mechanics, financial KPIs, and supply constraints into coherent regional planning and execution.
  • Experienced Operator: You have 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting—ideally within e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
  • Ownership Mentality: You act with autonomy, define the “how,” and drive initiatives forward independently, without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Data-Led & Commercially Sharp: You use data to make decisions, quantify impact, and challenge assumptions in campaign or financial planning.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Driver: You lead by influence, not authority. You bring teams together and drive alignment between Global, Regional, and Local functions.
  • Execution-Oriented Leader: You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize clearly, and follow through with high operational standards.
  • Fluent in English: You work confidently across multicultural teams and communicate clearly in a distributed, international setup.
