Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>Lead Generation (Primary Role):<\/b>
<\/p>Actively identify and pursue potential clients for wedding photography & films.
<\/p><\/li>
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
PR & Relationship Building:<\/b>
<\/p>Develop strong connections with wedding venues, planners, hotels, and other industry partners<\/b> to secure steady lead inflow.
<\/p><\/li>Represent the brand at wedding expos, fairs, and networking events.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Sales & Client Engagement:<\/b>
<\/p>Confidently present photography & film services to potential clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Handle inquiries, proposals, pricing negotiations, and deal closures.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
Market Development:<\/b>
<\/p>Research and identify new business opportunities in the wedding ecosystem.
<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with the creative & marketing teams to design outreach campaigns.

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements:<\/b>
<\/h3>Graduate, ideally from Hotel Management, Event Management, or Media/Photography background.<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>1+ years of experience<\/b> in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations in weddings/events/hospitality.
<\/p><\/li>Strong network in the wedding and hospitality industry<\/b> is highly preferred.
<\/p><\/li>Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
<\/p><\/li>
Highly proactive, target\-driven, and passionate about the wedding industry.
