Business Growth Manager, Digital
Role Purpose
Drive business growth across Consumer and Digital channels by maximizing revenue, developing new partner pipelines, and ensuring effective implementation of Chubb solutions through partner channels. The role will build strategy and action plans, strengthen business capability, and expand partner networks across Vietnam under the direction of Chubb Vietnam’s Business Development and Regional Digital leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to accelerate revenue and expand market presence.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, retail, and alternative channels.
- Lead partner onboarding, co-create Chubb solutions, and support successful implementation through partner channels.
- Oversee digital system optimization and process improvements to support scalable growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and prepare business reports and insights.
- Identify new business opportunities using digital tools and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and support digital transformation.
- Represent Chubb in industry events and support training for internal teams and partners.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic / Trading / Banking / Business Management or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, fintech, banking, or digital business development.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, revenue acceleration, and market expansion.
- Experience in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, including partner acquisition and channel expansion.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret market trends, customer insights, and digital analytics to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, e-commerce, retail, and alternative channels.
- Experience launching innovative products or solutions in collaboration with partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and change management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive in identifying new business opportunities and adapting to market changes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
