Business Growth Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity for our team in Argentina or India, working closely with Partners and Practice Area Leaders to drive Frost & Sullivan’s Growth.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in:

  • Building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders globally
  • Conducting outreach to prospective clients to source and secure appointments
  • Understanding client business challenges and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborating internally across advisory and analytics teams to drive client engagement and growth opportunities



What we are looking for:

  • Confidence and comfort in picking up the phone, making outbound calls, and initiating business conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness in identifying and reaching the right decision makers and key contacts across organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
  • Strong interest in business development, relationship building, and client engagement
  • Full time or part time (if you’re continuing your existing role) engagement
