Business Immigration Coordinator II
Job Description
The Fragomen office in Malaysia is seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator to support the review and processing of client documentation and administrative workflows. This role will work under the Shared Services Operations team and is primarily responsible for ensuring documents and information are reviewed accurately, processed efficiently, and completed within agreed service level timelines.
Responsibilities
Review and assess documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines and procedures;
Monitor and track case progress, ensuring records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner;
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in accordance with service level requirements;
Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or issues as required;
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking logs;
Ensure clear and timely communication with all stakeholders (internal and external);
Extract, compile, and maintain data from internal systems for reporting and operational purposes;
Support ad hoc projects, including data analysis, reporting, and administrative initiatives;
Provide support during public holidays when required, with replacement leave provided in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
Previous experience in immigration, compliance, operations, shared services, HR administration, or a related administrative function is an advantage;
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy;
Strong business English language proficiency;
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills;
Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, and service level requirements;
Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
