- Coordinate forward planning, ensuring visibility of upcoming deadlines and priorities across the Directorate
- Track key actions, commitments, and deliverables, ensuring progress is monitored and escalated where required
- Act as a central point of liaison between services, ensuring effective communication and alignment of activity
- Work closely with the Senior PA to ensure alignment between diary commitments and business priorities
- Support the identification and management of risks, pressures, and dependencies
About You

You will demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience of coordinating reports and ensuring delivery to tight deadlines
- A good understanding of governance processes and organisational frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders
- The ability to maintain oversight of complex workloads and identify risks or issues proactively
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
