Business Manager and General Manager Assistant

  1. Business Development (Core Responsibilities)

  • Develop market resources for the residential and commercial renovation market in Singapore, and identify potential clients (including private residences, commercial spaces, offices, etc.).

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders such as interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers.

    2. Responsibilities as General Manager Assistant

    Assist the General Manager in handling daily management affairs, coordinate cross-departmental resources including design, construction, and procurement, and facilitate efficient project execution.

    Follow up on key project progress to ensure on-time delivery and successful collection of payments.

    3. Additional Requirements

    Own vehicle required: Due to business needs, must be able to drive your own vehicle to visit clients and inspect project sites.

    BCA certification preferred: Relevant qualifications certified by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore are preferred.

    Job Requirements:

    3–8 years of experience in Singapore's residential renovation/building industry; experience with commercial renovation projects is preferred.

    A stable client base or partnership network within Singapore's residential renovation industry.

    Driver's license and vehicle: Hold a valid Singapore driver's license and own a personal vehicle.

    BCA-related certifications (e.g., CR06, AP, TC) are preferred.
