Business Manager, ARH Canberra - ARH Canberra
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Business Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational oversight. You’ll work closely with shareholders, specialist and general veterinarians, nurses, technical staff, and support teams to drive business performance and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing financial leadership, including reporting, P&L oversight, and annual budgeting
- Leading and nurturing high-performing teams of veterinarians and nurses
- Managing hospital projects and initiatives
- Driving strategic planning and execution
- Building strong relationships with referring veterinarians
- Coordinating marketing and promotional activities
- Collaborating with other hospital managers to align goals and optimise efficiency, profitability, and productivity
We’re looking for a dynamic and approachable leader with strong business acumen and a genuine desire to help others succeed. You’ll bring proven experience in business operations - ideally within the animal or human healthcare industries - and a track record of effective leadership.
Postgraduate qualifications in business, commerce, management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
