We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive operational efficiency and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor team activities.
Set goals and track team performance.
Lead, supervise, and support team members.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Resolve operational issues and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and provide performance updates.
