The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for a Business Operation Analyst who is focused on using data, analytics, and AI to improve operational performance, customer support effectiveness, and business decision-making at scale. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data storytelling to drive measurable business impact.

The Talent

2–4 years of experience in analytics, operations support, or a technical environment.
Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPI measurement.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with tools such as Python/R, Tableau, Hive, and Presto.
Strong data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to convert complex analytical findings into business recommendations.

Experience in customer operations, support operations, or service-oriented environments.
Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets and big data technologies.
Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through analytics.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
