Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accurate records, databases, and operational documentation
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct research and gather information to support business initiatives and projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for management review
• Monitor and update data within internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Support project coordination and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with operational planning, reporting, and administrative functions
• Provide business support and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

📍 Location: Orchard
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
