Human Resource Intern

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, and HR systems maintenance. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced work environment and may be considered for conversion to a full-time HR Executive position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents and maintain candidate records.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and manpower-related information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Handle general HR enquiries and administrative duties.

HRIS & Data Management

  • Update and maintain employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Generate reports and perform data entry as required.

General HR Support

  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement and company events when required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A-Level qualification, Diploma, or currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.

Internship Details

Duration: Minimum 3 months (renewable)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Compensation:

  • Pre-University Students: SGD 800 per month
  • University Students: SGD 1,000 per month
