Business Operations Manager
As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business operations and strategies. Your primary focus will be on cost control and improvement, supplier management, and governing BOM health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and accurate forecasting.
- Manage product costs and publish formal costs to the sales organization, driving operational excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to drive cost improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth operations for new business models by working with cross-functional teams.
- Manage portfolio, trade, and tariff, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
- Handle product licenses and royalty management, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Support accurate forecasting, shipment planning, and execution, in collaboration with supply chain partners.
- Govern multi-source BOM health, identifying and mitigating risks related to component availability.
- Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing data analytics for optimization.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional partnerships for successful operations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field with 10+ Years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Experience in managing complex supply chain operations, including procurement.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret trends and make informed decisions.
