Job Description\:

As a Business Operations Support professional, you will help enable the effective coordination, governance, and delivery of business operations activities across Air Operations. You will support reporting, risk, and information management processes while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with required standards. Working closely with business and functional teams, this role provides valuable exposure to senior stakeholders and an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement across key operational processes.

Core duties\:

  • Maintain the Air Operations action tracker in SharePoint, ensuring timely updates, resolution of actions, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, reporting schedules, and communications, including issuing notices and tracking submissions
  • Prepare and collate reporting materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, correct templates, and appropriate security classifications
  • Provide administrative support across shared inboxes, stakeholder lists, SharePoint sites, and OAS processes, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Support Information Management activities, including maintaining scorecards, plans, risk registers, and ensuring compliance with policies

Essential Skills\:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to coordinate, interpret, and present information clearly
  • Ability to gather inputs, support reporting, and maintain accurate data in order to share with the team and wider business
  • Capable of governing information, documents, and compliance requirements whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Comfortable with SharePoint and or equivalent systems (e.g. Tableau/Confluence), and be able to adapt to new systems
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, identifying gaps, and ensuring activities are completed effectively

The Business Operations Team\:

The Air Operations Business Operations team supports Leadership across Typhoon, US Programmes, Service Delivery Units, and enabling functions. Working in a dynamic environment, the team delivers key reporting to Air Operations and the Air Sector Board, offering visibility across the organisation and opportunities to build experience working with senior stakeholders.
