Job Summary

The New Business Executive manages the full scope of new business activities, including coordinating product introductions, overseeing sample testing and inspections, calculating costings, and supporting budgeting and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with Japan counterparts to introduce new products, ensuring alignment and timely execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage sample testing, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and sample sales, facilitating seamless transition to mass production
• Calculate and analyze costings for new products, product modifications, and improvement initiatives to support budgeting and cost-down activities
• Prepare detailed reports on capacity increase requests to inform decision-making and resource planning
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and maintain a results-driven approach in a fast-paced business environment
• Utilize SAP software to manage relevant business processes and data accurately

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration
