Business Process Analyst (4- month Fixed-Term contract)

We are looking to add a Business Process Analyst to our Business Development Team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the role is for a fixed-term 4-month contract to support and develop the customer lifecycle playbook, enabling efficient and scalable process design across the organization. This position focuses on mapping, documenting, and improving end-to-end processes to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment across cross-functional teams. An ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support mapping of end-to-end processes across the customer lifecycle
  • Develop structured documentation (stages, activities, inputs/outputs, milestones)
  • Support process redesign by identifying gaps and improving workflows
  • Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams into clear, standardized artifacts
  • Maintain and update the lifecycle playbook
  • Ensure documentation is aligned with operational needs and supports scalability and adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote understanding and adherence to defined processes
  • Qualifications:

    • Experience in business process mapping and process documentation, or a related role.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and structure complex workflows in a clear and logical manner.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
    • Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-starter, ability to work independently and in teams.
    • Health & Safety-conscious individual.
    • Legally able to work in Canada.
    The salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on their experience, knowledge and skills they bring to MineSense, market data based on their location as well as internal equity.
