- Drive digital operations initiatives that improve processes and support data-driven decision-making across terminal operations.
- Work in a collaborative environment that promotes effective stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and streamlined ways of working.
- Develop expertise in agile methodologies, business case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and OKR performance management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by transforming operational feedback and user insights into scalable digital solutions and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Digital Operations and terminal-related projects, including discovery activities, process mapping, and documentation.
- Gather and analyze vendor information, perform functional assessments, and support build-versus-buy evaluations.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs by tracking requests, categorizing features, and monitoring product usage and lifecycle status.
- Engage with operational and business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for roadmap planning and product enhancement.
- Support user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing efforts, and monitoring issue resolution.
- Track and report OKRs and performance indicators through dashboards, providing visibility on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in terminal operations with a strong understanding of operational processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) and the ability to effectively use digital tools and applications.
- Strong analytical and user-centered approach, with the ability to translate operational challenges into clear business and functional requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, work collaboratively across teams, and deliver results without formal authority.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.
