The Role and Your Impact<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

As an Experience Design Analyst<\/b>, you will play a key role in supporting the consulting team in the implementation of our management platforms. Your main mission will be to analyze process logic, ensure the proper technical configuration of tools (primarily Qualtrics), and document workflows, guaranteeing that everything operates optimally and meets high\-quality standards. Additionally, you will provide cross\-functional support for our Experience Management consulting solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Your Main Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n \u2022 Configure, parameterize, and test surveys and workflows within the Qualtrics platform.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Structure and design dashboards to ensure clear and analytical data visualization.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Thoroughly document implementation processes, technical specifications, and data flows.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Analyze databases and operational reports to identify technical anomalies and ensure data accuracy.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Support training sessions and workshops (in both Spanish and English) to ensure successful user adoption of the tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Provide first\-level operational support for incidents or technical questions during projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Proactively coordinate with Project Managers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Required Qualifications:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>\n
\n \u2022 Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 2 to 4 years of general experience in roles such as process analyst, software functional support, documentation, or technical platform implementation (ideally in agile environments, startups, or consulting firms).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Bilingual English proficiency (minimum B2 level), with the confidence and fluency to conduct training sessions, deliver presentations, and interact with clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Strong analytical skills, logical thinking to understand process flows, and a highly proactive attitude toward self\-learning.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n \u2022 Previous knowledge or familiarity with the Qualtrics platform or other Experience Management tools (XM/CX/EX).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n \u2022 At least 1 year of experience in analyzing, cleaning, and interpreting corporate data.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Experience with process modeling and documentation tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, complex formulas, and data organization).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 Basic knowledge or experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n
\n \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ideally with professional proficiency in Portuguese.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
