Due to continued growth, LMATS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager<\/b> to lead and execute the organisation\u2019s national sales and marketing strategy.

Role Description
<\/h3>

This is a full\-time permanent position responsible for planning, directing and coordinating LMATS\u2019 sales and marketing activities.
<\/p>

The successful candidate will:
<\/p>

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth targets
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across engineering, testing and inspection sectors
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Direct and coordinate sales activities, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client requirements to inform business strategy
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and industry partners
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Oversee brand positioning, promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports to senior management
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Represent LMATS at industry events, conferences and client meetings
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


    Essential Skills & Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Minimum 3\u20135 years of relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager or senior business development role
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong leadership and team management capability
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience within engineering, inspection, testing or technical services industry highly desirable
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to travel interstate as required
