Business & Sales Operations Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a small team and deliver cross-functional, regional strategic projects with clear business impact.

  • Provide recommendations to leadership team based on data analysis and customer insights to drive regional business growth. Assigned top-down regional project executions.

  • Key regional project/NBO management and drive business results. Simultaneously set priorities/direction with alignment of cross function team for assigned projects. Act as the commercial customer interface.

  • AP Contract Manufacturer project summary and business updates of key global Pitch & Catch OEMs.

  • Regional process management including but not limited to TOP NBO reviews and actions, and key account reviews.

  • Proactively understand the internal process and drive optimization, to improve team efficiency.

  • Drive commercial excellence activities in the region.

  • Other business and sales operation tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strategic and structured thinker with strong execution capabilities.

  • Rich experience managing complex projects is a must.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex global business practices; Able to identify and drive process optimizations.

  • Good commercial acumen and business judgment.

  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to turn data into business insights and provide recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels; Ability to develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships and supports.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical field or equivalent education and experience. MBA education is a plus.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar position required. Customer-facing experience is a plus.
