We are looking to build our technical presales team who can help our prospects fully understand product capabilities by providing demos, webinars. Need to handle RFPs (Request for proposals), BRD (Business requirements document), determine the technical requirements to meet client goals, and act as a liaison between the sales, product management, and engineering groups. Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, providing the technical details of proposed solutions. Handle implementations as per the client's requirements.

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>

  • Technical Consultation<\/span><\/b>: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide expert advice on Zoho\u2019s Finance, HR and Payroll applications.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Product Demonstrations<\/span><\/b>: Conduct detailed product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoho\u2019s Finance, HR and Payroll solutions.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Solution Design<\/span><\/b>: Work closely with clients to identify their business needs and design customized solutions using Zoho\u2019s suite of applications.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proposal Development<\/span><\/b>: Assist in the creation of technical proposals and presentations that effectively communicate how Zoho\u2019s products can address client challenges.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Client Engagement<\/span><\/b>: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Training & Support<\/span><\/b>: Provide training and technical support to clients during the trial and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition to Zoho\u2019s products.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Market Research<\/span><\/b>: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the Finance, HR and Payroll domains to provide insights and recommendations.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Feedback Loop<\/span><\/b>: Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features for Zoho\u2019s products.<\/span>

    Requirements:<\/span><\/u><\/b> <\/span>
    <\/div>
    • 2+ years of experience in a pre\-sales engineering role, specifically within Finance, HR and Payroll applications.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • In\-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and related regulatory requirements in the Africa market.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with Zoho\u2019s suite of products, particularly Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People and other financial management tools, is highly desirable.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
