Key Responsibilities:\n
● Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer\nrequirements and provide expert advice on Zoho\u2019s Finance, HR and Payroll\napplications.\n
● Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations to\nprospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoho\u2019s Finance, HR\nand Payroll solutions.\n
● Solution Design: Work closely with clients to identify their business needs and\ndesign customized solutions using Zoho\u2019s suite of applications.\n
● Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals and\npresentations that effectively communicate how Zoho\u2019s products can address\nclient challenges.\n
● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential\nclients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.\n
● Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to clients during the trial and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition to Zoho\u2019s\nproducts.\n
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the Finance, HR and Payroll domains to provide\ninsights and recommendations.\n
● Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features for Zoho\u2019s\nproducts.

Requirements<\/h3>● 2+ years of experience in a pre\-sales engineering role, specifically within Finance,\nHR and Payroll applications.\n<\/span>
<\/span>● In\-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and related\nregulatory requirements in the Africa market.<\/span>
<\/span>● Familiarity with Zoho\u2019s suite of products, particularly Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll,\nZoho People and other financial management tools, is highly desirable.\n<\/span>
<\/span>● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate\ncomplex concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences.\n<\/span>
<\/span>● Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment.\n<\/span>
