Business Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Operations & Executive Support Associate to assist management with daily operations, coordination, and internal activities. This entry-level role offers exposure to business processes and the development of organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in executing daily business operations and coordinating activities to support smooth workflows
  • Maintain organised records and documentation to ensure accurate information management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements to optimise time and resource use
  • Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials to support business communication
  • Update and maintain internal databases and records for operational accuracy
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and task completion
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions to ensure successful execution
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and timelines to support project progress
  • Provide ad-hoc support for general business and operational tasks as directed by management
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities when required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills demonstrated through managing schedules and supporting workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to prepare reports and manage data
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
  • Responsible, detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude to learning and task completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic skills in Canva or presentation design to enhance visual communication materials
