Business Support Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Operations & Executive Support Associate to assist management with daily operations, coordination, and internal activities. This entry-level role offers exposure to business processes and the development of organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist management in executing daily business operations and coordinating activities to support smooth workflows
- Maintain organised records and documentation to ensure accurate information management
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements to optimise time and resource use
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials to support business communication
- Update and maintain internal databases and records for operational accuracy
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and task completion
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions to ensure successful execution
- Follow up on assigned tasks and timelines to support project progress
- Provide ad-hoc support for general business and operational tasks as directed by management
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities when required
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong organisational and coordination skills demonstrated through managing schedules and supporting workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to prepare reports and manage data
- Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Responsible, detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude to learning and task completion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic skills in Canva or presentation design to enhance visual communication materials
