Business System Analyst (Crypto)

You will gather, validate and document business and system requirements, model business and crypto transaction processes, and design integrations with external systems. You will create functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API specs), participate in integration testing and UAT, analyze transaction and API data, and simplify technical blockchain concepts for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business and system requirements
• Model business processes including crypto transaction flows
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
• Design and document integrations with external systems such as blockchain networks, liquidity providers, and payment systems
• Create functional and system specifications including PRD, SRS, and API specifications
• Simplify complex technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams
• Define business problems through in-depth investigation and information gathering
• Outline detailed requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs
• Participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of financial and transaction flows
• Improve and maintain product and project documentation standards
• Develop methods and techniques for requirements management and business case preparation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on solution design
• Analyze logs, API responses, and transaction data
• Use tools such as Postman and Swagger

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and user-friendly way
• Effective logical thinking and structured approach
• High level of prioritization, focus, and self-motivation
• Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with business analysis tools and process modelling such as BPMN and UML
• English level B2 (spoken and written)
