Job Summary
Our Salesforce Business Analyst plays a vital role as the "glue" in our project/task team. As our primary in-house client advocate, the Business Analyst works closely with the stakeholders, technical team, and SMEs to lead and facilitate discussions to understand the client's needs, ask clarifying questions, discuss alternative scenarios, and turn them into requirements. Once the requirements are captured, the Business Analyst will work closely with our technical team (product owners, project manager, development manager, and technical lead) to help design and develop a solution to meet the client's requirements. Throughout the project's life, the Business Analyst's primary responsibility is representing the client and ensuring all deliverables align with the project's vision. This involves working with virtually every member of the project team, both internal and client-facing, to facilitate communication, review the quality of deliverables, and ensure project success.
