We are seeking an experienced individual to manage our client butchery shop. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, product quality, and team management.

\u2022\tOversees daily store operations, ensuring smooth running and adherence to company policies.

\u2022\tManage inventory levels of meat and other products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMonitor products' rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMonitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tBuild strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tResolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tImplements effective merchandising and display strategies to enhance sales.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMonitors store cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tMaintains the highest standards of meat quality, freshness, and presentation.

<\/div>
\u2022\tIdentify and target potential butchery shop customers within the assigned territory.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tAnalyze competitor activities and develop counter\-strategies
<\/div>

\u2022\tProviding a daily/weekly and monthly report to management
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022\tFosters a positive and collaborative work environment.

<\/div>\u2022\tProven experience in supervisory or managerial role at least two years.
<\/div>\u2022\tExcellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
<\/div>\u2022\tAbility to build rapport and trust with customers.
<\/div>\u2022\tSelf\-motivated and results\-oriented.
<\/div>\u2022\tAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
<\/div>\u2022\tStrong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
<\/div>\u2022\tMust be willing to resume immediately
