Buying Operations Manager (all genders)

  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, preparing analyses and decision-making materials, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives
  • Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports to support informed decision-making
  • Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring organizational alignment
  • Identify and implement process improvements across buying operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Own and support key operational buying processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and further develop buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
  • Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional requests and support teams and leadership with clear structures, frameworks, and stakeholder management
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
