C&B Manager

Description

  • Analysis, development, and maintenance of bonus schemes for the commercial team (including regular quarterly calculations);

  • Analysis of employee remuneration (including CR and paymix analysis);

  • Creation and maintenance of salary bands and salary ranges (preparation of market data upon request from main peer HRBPs/business);

  • Administration of bonus payments (ensuring a clear and transparent handling process on a monthly basis);

  • Quarterly calculation of accruals (consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team).

Requirements

  • Work experience in C&B of at least 3 years, including the development and administration of motivation systems;

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data;

  • Attention to details;

  • Proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas;

  • Strong written and spoken English.
