CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding dealer relationships by promoting CEFCU’s indirect lending services and products. Represents the credit union at various functions to increase indirect lending business through the development and implementation of relationship-focused, sales strategies that are supported through routine in-person visits. Advocates for the dealers by working closely with the lending team while maintaining high standards for loan quality. Interviews consumer loan applicants and cross-sells additional products and services in support of deepening member relationships. Participates in and is held accountable for the attainment of individual and departmental/organizational goals. Due to the nature of this role and responsibilities of the position, it is required to be self-motivated and approachable. The ability to make clear and concise notes at every point of contact is critical for this position.

Provides the highest quality member experience, for both internal and external members.

Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1-year previous consumer lending experience.
• Intermediate level: 2-4 years.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.

• Proven ability to build and develop relationships.

Preferred:
• Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Dealer Direct Lending.

Summary Pay Range

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $28.17 - $33.11.

Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.
