CAD Drafter / BIM Modeller

Company Summary
Julian Grey’s client is an established engineering and construction-related firm supporting technical drafting and project documentation works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings and BIM models for construction and engineering projects.
• Support project teams with accurate technical drawings, plans, and drawing packages.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and materials required for project submission and coordination.
• Ensure drawings and models are completed in line with project requirements, standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in drafting, engineering, construction, architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum2 years of drafting experience in the construction, engineering, or built environment industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM modelling will be an advantage.
